everyone is different
Each project is completely bespoke because everyone is different - we offer creative solutions, with an understanding of the constraints of each individual project.  There's nothing like a good challenge!

it's all about communication
We also like drawing and designing, but it's also important to us that we work as a team.  We ensure we have good communication amongst ourselves and to everyone involved in the process.  We always keep everyone updated on progress, with regular meetings and emails so that we are on this journey together.

no-nonsense fees
A building project does not have to be complicated, stressful, or expensive.
Our fee structure is transparent and set up by design stages.  We work on a fixed fee based on the estimated time and expense we need to spend on a particular project.  We don't do percentage of project value and rarely do open-ended time charging.

We do this job because we love it - it's actually really good fun designing, drawing, meeting people and making a difference to their lives.
